At NADDYOV, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

You are unsatisfied with the product for any reason.
The product has a manufacturing defect or damage.
The item received is incorrect or different from what was ordered.

Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at help@naddyah.com or call/WhatsApp us at 9266952882 within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and reason for return along with photos if the item is defective.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided by our team.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
